They use air pump in those brazilian fart porns. The actresess bloat their stomach with the pump through their butt and then they can easily produce giant 10-20 second farts. Sometimes it’s even visible, although the general rule of these videos is that viewer shouldn’t see the process with the pump. But it’s noticeable in some movies more than in anothers plus they usually take turns during the one hour movies, they bloat themselves with the pump, they fart and then the other girl does the same and that’s how these movies are produced

Sadly I don’t, I even don’t think that their bellies actually visibly bloat, but you can look it up, search for ‘‘brazil mfx fart porn’’, even mainstream porn sites have a lot of their full videos free.
