So I can get air into my stomach just fine but the problem comes when pushing the air out it almost always gets stuck and when it comes out it’s weak my question is should you gag yourself to get good burps out?
Um, consider focusing on relaxing and a posture that doesn’t kink your esophagus. Also, as a master put it, make sure to push them out as they come up. (To be clear, that video overtly addresses concrete techniques.) Alternatively, I find that I am able to swallow air more easily when lying down than upright.
It seems like gagging yourself would be a strategy that would decrease conscious control. I mean, if I were too aggressive and vomited, I would feel pretty upset at myself.
As someone who had to train my esophagus to burp properly… no, you should not do this trust me!
