ive been tested for gastritis and its definitely not that but none of the doctors ive been to can figure out what causes my gassiness/ stomach pain

you should see the reactions my burps get from strangers, no one ever expects that loud of a belch from someone my size

Do you fart a lot as well? What are those like? 
Honestly, hate to disappoint but i almost never pass gas out the other end
