24F | Question about Burping on Command

Hey all, so I’ve learned how to burp on command through the process of sucking air into my stomach. This allows me to get about 4, 2-3 second long, deep, textured burps, if I allow the air to come back up into my throat naturally (no pushing). My question is, how can I get all of the air to come back up at once for one, big burp? I had a friend who could do that using the same method I use to inhale air, and she could burp for literally 15 seconds straight. They were loud, too. If I contract my stomach muscles and push the air up my throat, all I get are several small, airy burps. Perhaps I’m just releasing those too soon and should still push, but allow the burps to settle at the base of my throat before contracting my diaphragm to push the air out of my mouth? I don’t know, but I would appreciate any advice

Maybe get less air and practice contracting your diaphragm but I’m not an expert. Do you know how to make your burps more textured and deep ?

In my experience once you have the air your stomach before trying to push it out it is best to distend the muscles in the abdomen until you can feel a lot of pressure building up in the back of your throat.
This way you can limit the quantity of air that gets stuck and do longer burps. I dont know about necessarily 15 seconds ones but definetely with some practice you can do it.

Sounds like you arent filling enough!! I only do on command and can get some pretty insane ones but you have to push past the fear/pain of filling your stomach beyond what your brain says is okay. Filling your stomach with air is “unnatural” to begin with so your brain tends to tell you to hold back, you gotta tell it to fuck off!
