When I first told about my fetish to my husband, we were just friends, so it didn’t bother him much. As we gradually fell for each other, he started to burp (and fart) around me and nowadays he’s totally shameless and does it wherever we are. He loves to see the look on my face. I burp in front of my boyfriend and am not embarrassed about it in the least. He has burped in front of me as well, but not quite with the same level of openness as me. His usually happen after we’ve eaten and he tries to let them happen as discreetly as possible (although more often than not I can smell them, but would never say that to him).
