I could have sworn somebody on the old forums found something from a biography of Elizabeth Taylor where somebody who knew her implied that part of the reason she enjoyed shocking people by burping is bc she secretly got off on it.

For several years, the bio on Sara Jean Underwood’s Twitter used to say:
Making burping the alphabet sexy since 2001.
While it’d be easy to write this off as an innocent joke, the fact that she’s been so open about her burping ability in the past makes it hard for me to believe that she hasn’t at least thought about the idea that it may be a fetish for some people.
Yeah, I remember that. I took it more to mean she got off on shocking expectations generally, not burping specifically, but still cool to think about! Still implies that her relationship to burping was a little more than purely innocent.

Wanted to boost this thread. Very curious if anyone has encountered any other celebrities/creator who they suspect might have our fetish. Didn’t the YouTuber Pyrocynical reveal he was into gaining/burps a few years back? Who else?
What about that olympic athlete that this one girl on Twitter mentioned. She said he offered to pay for her burps lol. I mean, could just be some made up anecdote but I love the thought of it. We will probably never figure out who it is, though.
I wonder what percentage of us exist compared to the general population. If it’s one in several thousand, that’s how many celebrities you’d have to go through to find one.
