Hey y’all,
just a little bg: so i’ve been active in the burp fetish community for somewhere around 15 years or more (snuck on to fetish groups while underage back in the day).
if anybody wonders why i’ve been a little touchy over on the Trans Girls thread, well… it’s bc i’m actually a trans girl myself. i’ve been transitioning socially for a few months now and am trying to get on HRT ASAP with all the Covid-19 nonsense going on.
first and foremost, one reason I mention this is bc i would really love to contribute original content once i’m further in my transition. i don’t know how comfortable i would feel sharing anything right now since I’m so early in the process and I’m definitely not passing yet.
If i’m being honest, as a childhood sexual assault survivor as well a transgender woman, making vids for y’all would be both validating genderwise and would help me take back my body and my sexuality, and finally feel in control of it.
if the videos i do end up making go over well, i might start selling kink vids as well since there’s an underrepresentation of trans individuals there.
the other thing related to this that I wanted to start a discussion around is gender roles in relation to burping.
let me explain why you’re gonna generally have a harder time finding videos with trans girls burping vs cis girls.
Cis women, especially conventionally attractive ones, essentially have privilege to be able to burp freely without them being perceived as not a woman. they can burp loudly be jokingly referred to as a “man” or having a “man burp”, burp ultimately nobody is going to question whether or not they are actually a woman as a result.
trans women, on the other hand, don’t have this luxury.
unless she can go stealth and not have anyone be aware that she is trans, a trans woman risks being told she is “actually a man” if she defies gender expectations and burps out loud.
just as an example, if you read some of the comments on that Mya Henry video over in the trans girl thread, you’ll see what i mean.
i plan on asking the opinions of other trans girls in one of my trans support groups on facebook.
i’m obviously not going to mention it being my kink, but realizing how much something so simple as a bodily function could affect how trans women and cis women are perceived has kind of been a mindfuck for me.
anyway, anybody else have any thoughts on this?

Although I don’t agree cis women can freely burp, I can see where you’re going with it.
I never thought trans people are judged in that way about burping so this is a new perspective for me.
I feel outside of this community, burping in general is frowned upon, but I can see how trans people may have it worse since some people like to be spiteful and say whatever to get under your skin.

you’re right, it’s less about being able to burp freely as it about perceived womanhood being impacted.

thank you for the support so far everyone!
You do you girl… whenever you feel comfortable putting out content there will definitely be someone out there who will want. One of the beautiful things about fetishes is it shows everyone sees beauty through a different lens. Awesome insight! Also, def laughed out loud with the 15 years/snuck in bit because samesies.

Trans guy here! You’re so brave for coming out on a public forum that you’ve been active on. I completely agree with your sentiment that trans women are subject to further scrutiny over something as simple as a bodily function. Idk if you’re into dudes, but if you’re interested in being friends at all or anything feel free to message me, my inbox is open. Maybe we could burp together sometime.

Lots of love in your process for this. I’m also a transwoman who has been part of the community since back when it was on yahoo groups and way smaller. Been transitioning for around 7 years at this point. First of all you unfortunately found a very challenging time to transition with all the other medical systems that are impacted right now with all the COVID-19 stuff. So much love to you on making this powerful change in such complex times. I noted this the other day in the thread about public burping discussion how there are simply different risks in place as a trans woman for engaging in the same behaviors. I’ve generally found that gen pop has gotten more accepting of trans folks by a substantial margin during the time I’ve been transitioning, but there are subbrackets of the population that have become more aggressive and violent (Last year I had 14 death threats for trans stuff out on the streets and previously I’d never run into anywhere near that many assholes.) I wish you the best with your journey and hope that you find both the comfort in yourself to explore these spaces, and more nourishing environments to keep that exploration safe.

Hey y’all!
Wanted to get opinions on the new name i’m thinking of going by.
So… i’m thinking of going by Betty Burp.
I thought it was a cute little pun on “Betty Boop” and my name is Betty anyway.
I have a lot of time on my hands right now being temporarily laid off bc of Covid-19, I think i might make some burp videos that don’t show my face and make a PornHub account and upload them there.
i have around half of a 2 liter bottle of Coke left in the fridge right now, feeling super liberated and empowered and kinky, i’m seriously tempted to chug it and film it for any of y’all interested hearing me burp.
since i’m being open with y’all, i’m super into same-size vore, and i haven’t found any trans girls that make same-size vore vids, so I really wanna do some of those for anybody interested. there will DEFINITELY still be burps in them (vore vids with no burp is a pet peeve of mine), and not only would I give myself a big (prop) belly afterwards (no belly in same size vore vids in lame), but i actually have made myself a DIY belly expansion rig and would film a close up belly inflation scene for swallowing sequence.
i assure y’all guys, gals, and non-binary pals, if i’m gonna do this, i’m gonna do this right.

I’m also on team vore, though I’ve been in the painting, sculpting and writing side of connecting with it. May your creative ventures be nourishing for you. A lot of folks Iknow from the trans community participate in adult entertainment as supplementary/primary income.

I’ve been really surprised to find out how many other trans individuals (and trans girls in particular) have a vore kink.
and given that I know there are a lot of trans performers in adult entertainment, that’s why i’m so annoyed that I can’t find any good vore content from trans performers.
and i would definitely would want to create some vore content specifically catered to the trans community. specifically, something like vids where I vore a TERF or somebody transphobic.
i can’t be the only trans person to find the idea of voring a nasty TERF whole to be extremly hot.

BTW,
what are your thoughts about the name idea?
Vore and feedism both seem to be pretty common interests among transwomen. Like we make up 0.6% of the population but we’re like 12% of folks on Feabie. I’m very curious what mechanisms are in place that influence brain chemistry down these paths as I’ve also noticed a lot of this. I’m sure that there is a target demographic that will very much appreciate that type of content. Even in the non kink side of things there’s a pretty big ‘eat the rich’ anti-TERF crossover in communities. My personal relationship with prey is about mutual nourishment, so I don’t really come from the punishing shitty behavior angle myself.
As for the name, I think that there’s a demographic it will appeal to, but I’m very non optimal on name stuff. I acquired mine through vore related stuff that’s pretty spiritual for me, so I don’t really have a good understanding about crafting a name for public consumption.

I don’t have anything to add except my support. I think that there really isn’t enough trans burping fetish content out there. I would love if there was more of it and would most definitely watch and support it!
Btw I think Betty Burp would be a great name just sayin
