We’re actually already on version 3.1.0 so it’s just a matter of enabling the chat and sidebar plugins, from what I can tell. I’d be happy to do that so long as @Q is as well.

I actually hadn’t noticed they’d added that to the admin menu. Both are enabled now anyway if everyone’s happy with that.
