For the longest whenever I try to record my burps it never really goes well, my burps either get stuck or are not as strong as off camera and as soon as i stop recording is when i actually burp. Although I do suppress them sometimes because I don’t want my neighbor to hear but I usually hear when he leaves and then I would continue burping but still feels like im unintentionally trying to suppress. :(
Anyone know how to overcome this ?
Try to be relaxed and channel your breathing (I am guessing you are burping on command)

it’s just a mental thing, my gf has it. you just gotta convince yourself that your recording device isn’t an audience and it’s just a piece of metal. nothing has changed from before you pressed record to after, so don’t think of it like “someone’s watching”
