I think I was probably about 24 the first time I told someone about my fetish, so I understand your apprehension. A good way to look at it would be if one of your friends admitted something similar to you. If he told you one day ‘I really like it when girls yawn’ or some other random similar-but-different thing, you’d think to yourself okay cool, interesting, but not a big deal. It’s a big deal in your own head, but to others it’s just a random bodily thing and you’ll probably have a harder time trying to get them to care about it in the first place rather than the other way around.

I told my partner a few years ago about it and at first he was grossed out.
We’ve been together for 11 years now and he burps for me (especially during intimacy) and it’s a huge turn on because he burps on command, his small burps are okay but I love his huge ones.
I’ve told a couple of close friends and they didn’t judge they basically said there’s worse things out there than a burping fetish.
