How to curb one's sexual appetite?

I can’t seem to turn it off and the more I consume the more I crave. The hunger that never ends and can never satified. It feels like it is never ending

That’s the drive that allows us to reproduce. There’s not really any way to turn it off.

It doesn’t sound like that definition fits.

How would you explain the contradiction to the definition above?

A definition is not a one size fits all. Idk ask a sex therapist. Nothing is one size fits all

You answer your question in your first post, friend. The more you consume, the more you crave; therefore, consume less and crave less.

This is The Path. That said, unless it’s really bothering you, I don’t see a reason to try and stop enjoying sex and sexual feelings. If it’s getting in the way of your life, though, lowering your consumption is the best way.

I know your pain friend, your ace except when it comes to this. All that energy being poured into this, it feels all consuming. All I can advise you to do is give yourself grace and make time for other things!
