Itā€™s up to you to decide what you want to include and talk about, we canā€™t decide that for you. We would also need more info (which podcast, which magazine section, in which country, for what purpose etc. etc.)

Itā€™s probably best to not mention the name/URL of the forums. I think itā€™s fine to mention that a community exists, but we donā€™t need to direct people here that arenā€™t invested enough to at least want to search for it.

I donā€™t think bringing attention to the community is a good idea personally. So yeah Iā€™d say try to have no links to the community, and I mean ideally as little detail as possible imo.

If you mention it maybe do it in a roundabout way. Something like ā€˜oh yeah thereā€™s one website I was on where someone was saying thisā€¦ā€™ rather than naming names. I think that would be fine.

I disagree with this. MaryRoseLove said she found out about this burp fetish forum from a podcast I thought. There may be incredible burpers out there that may consider selling if they knew we exist and how to approach usā€¦

Best that can happen is we have people that are good at burping coming onto the platform, and advertise to people that have the fetish where we are.

Worst that can happen is we get some trolls that try to harass us. I think the benefits outweighs the downsides, IMO.

I just meant that thereā€™s no need to say ā€œwe hang out on bfforums.comā€. If you google ā€œburp fetishā€ this site is going to be at or near the top, so anyone looking for us is going to find us. Thereā€™s just no need to make it easier for people who are not looking for us.
