This may or may not be common knowledge but might be useful for people looking for some free content. Some streamers on twitch.tv (not naming anyone as i think it’s against the rules? Shouldn’t be too hard to find at least one streamer who does this) have burping as an option to redeem channel points. This gave me the idea to run multiple instances of a browser to watch twitch on different accounts in order to generate many points, allowing the redemption of essentially infinite burps. Please do not harass smaller streamers to add the option to burp for channel points. It sounds weird and they might catch on. Also, do not abuse this “trick” too often as the streamer will also catch on so they will probably just delete the option all together.
Prerequisites:
- Any number of twitch accounts (more accounts more points)
- n/2 emails per n twitch accounts (rounding up)
This is because Each email can only have 2 twitch accounts linked to it or signup is stopped. - Desktop PC with a modern web browser

(Yes the URL has an intentional typo)
The above link describes how to run a separate instance of Chrome on MacOS. If there is any demand, I could also create a guide to create multiple instances of a browser for Windows users. Any other browser can be used in theory but I would only recommend chrome, edge, Firefox and opera for a optional plugin used later.
Launch each of these instances and then sign in with your twitch accounts into each.
I would also recommend installing the betterttv extension into each of these browsers as well, allowing for your extra accounts to stay anonymous from the user list, as well as being able to redeem the bonus points you have to click automatically. These features must be turned on the the betterttv settings. If you install the extension into a initial Chrome browser and sync each chrome browser with the same Google account, the betterttv extension will be installed in all the browsers.

And that’s it. Just run the browsers as described whenever the streamer is online and reap those channel points. I do understand this method could be abused and if anyone else thinks that this guide is not worth sharing with the community due to potential for abuse, I will delete this post. I would also appreciate it for anyone to comment a better guide to create multiple browser instances on Mac, or even their own guides for windows and Linux.
