There has been talk about it coming back and I was curious to see if it was set in stone
Iād be happy to bring it back if some other people can be in charge of the āmarketingā. Thereās nothing set in stone though yet.

Random question here guys but is the farting fetish more or less rare than burping fetish, do you think? I find it strange they donāt have a dedicated forum. I always assumed burping was less common and had a smaller community, but was I making stupid assumptions?

My understanding is they have forums but not like this. More content distribution focused. And yeah, the fart fetish is definitely more widespread. Odd that our community ended up with the better forum options.

I made a forum like this one for a few months, but I didnāt have time to promote it so it just stopped getting used.
tbh i donāt really know where you could promote it except on fart fetish subreddits, promoting it on the gassyerotica forum would be a bold move though lol but maybe the admins would allow it
Back in the day I used to make comps on youtube and link the forums in the description and that probably got the most people here.

Itās the only time Iāve ever tried to make one. There was another one someone else made a couple of years back which got shut down due to some drama, Iām not sure what happened exactly. I donāt think itās an impossible task though anyway.

Could a poll be made to see who would use it?
If Iām thinking of the same forums youāre referring to, afaik the person behind it got cold feet and started feeling ethically uncomfortable due to a situation involving the owner of a very old video (pre-YouTube).
I think thatās a good idea. These polls could be raised in the dedicated fart threads here (e.g. the āMales Fartingā thread on the Male section). Iām pretty sure the people who are into both burping and farting visit these threads, and I know of some people who are only into farting that have signed up to the forums for these threads.
We could, but I think we should just go for it and try it out and if it works it works. We basically need someone to advertise/make comps, someone to mod, someone to post content. If anyone wants to volunteer for those then I can handle the technical side.
Alternatively we can just have more of a farting section on this site that people can use

We have Gassy Erotica, probably the only fart forum that has survived all these years.

I was actually curious so I checked. Theyāre 2 major vbulletin versions behind and running software thatās about 10 years old.
Iām not a fan of the porn banners everywhere either. You can have sites about sexuality without being so sleazy.
Also apparently signups are disabled there atm so maybe it would be a good time to make a new forum.

Thatās what makes it special.
I remember that guy. He was a grown man that made a fart video that he sold in fetish groups. Now he has a team of lawyers that hunt down people that post the video and threaten them. Itās ridiculous.
I say this as someone who actually met with him, sniffed his farts and he sniffed mine. Itās like come on dude!

I would love for the fart fetish forum to come back. I make a ton of fart compilations and I post a lot of fart content across my various social media accounts. I have a fart fetish twitter account with nearly 11,000 followers, I could advertise it on there.
