Before I started my current relationship, I spent a bit of time on fetlife.
Most of the events and meet-ups are clearly geared towards less niche kinks but there’s tons of open-minded people on there and in the broader kink community in general.
It’s been a while since I went there, but I’m certain someone could find a burping group on that site (or start one)!
