I’m really close to being able to burp on command I can inhale and swallow air just fine the only thing holding me back is my inability to push the burp back out in phantoms tutorial he mentions “loading the burp” which is something I’ve noticed others do and I’ve been able to do myself at the very rare occasion with a lot of struggling my question is if there is some way I can practice loading the burp or if there is something I’m missing I thought gagging would be the way to go but I still can’t flex my stomach right I want to be able to push the burp out almost immediately with a lot of volume and bass

Things that help in my experience:
- Don’t push it too hard.
- Take a deep breath through the nose first.
- Be upright. You could even try stretching yourself taller a little.
- Adjust your throat’s position. Tilt your neck backwards or to the side while trying to push it out.
- Try different ways of flexing your stomach.
In the end, it’s all about making an easy pathway from your stomach to your esophagus. The easier you make it for the air to travel up your throat, the less you’ll have to push. With practice, you’ll get to know which moves are the best for letting it out quicker. Good luck!
