Someone made a remix called bobble666 tribute, but I didn’t find it. Someone edited a bunch of burps to sound like William Tell overture, but I didn’t look for it.

I always hated the burp in Odd Future’s Oldie, but to each their own I guess.

virtually every version on the web of the choir piece “Banquet fugue” have a burp at the end. According to the partiture, the bass does a “realistic” one at the end, but I have seen even some versions with a female doing it. As I am into males, I link here a couple of my favourites (just for the burp part, not necessarily for the choir interpretation), but link some other interesting ones if you happen to find them. Burps at the end of the piece and before the applause

i don’t think i’ve mentioned this before:
almost a decade ago I did the recording/engineering for a friend of mine’s punk-for-kids project. she had a song about pizza and wanted to put burps at the end of the song’s finale. day of the session the bassist volunteers to provide the burps. after main recording he goes to get a soda from the machine while i set up to record the burps.ended up layering a few of them for the big finale.

while it’s mostly the bassist, there’s actually one burp from the singer I layered in there. during our previous vocal session together she ended up burping at the beginning of a vocal take before it was time to come in and start singing. it was kind of memorable because I hit record, I give her time before she comes in to prepare (as usual), without missing a beat she let’s out this small but solid burps, says “Excuse me”, and still comes in on time and nails the take. So I went back into the session and clipped the burp from raw files to add to the burp finale among the layers of the bassist.

when i told her about adding her burp among the finale she was like “that’s awesome! great thinking!”. and i just had to keep it straight faced the entire time.

for the record - that was definitely not the only time I heard burp during a vocal session, but that was one of the only times I actually got one recorded (not intentionally either).
