Should I add restrictions to the media categories so that only member level users can view them?

Yes and I’m not acknowledging that it wouldn’t ever be weird to find someone on YouTube with a compilation of them on it, but it’s YouTube. Compared to a whole website dedicated to talking about it rather than a video or two
